Map change with same heros?

Like the Rexxar Campaign, is it possible to have a hero unit enter a region, then take the unit out of the region, place it into another map with the same health/mana/buffs/debuffs status, as well as keep all of the other players on the same map. I am probably talking about the impossible but I have seen some amazing stuff on this website and I was wondering if someone could make this possible? If so, this would be the perfect for my map I am currently working on and all credit would be given to you (for the whole entire other map).

I have had look around to see if someone has tried this and I couldn't find anything on the matter. Personally this would be the greatest thing in the world if someone could make it happen .

yes but not in mulitplayer if u want that u need a save/load code

I have got a save/load system but it wont save the actual map when i am using jass (and i have to use jass) and one have any idea what i can do here.
