Map causes server splits?

So, when we play my and my friends map with other friends in skype, then it often causes server splits so that a few people from the group that is in skype gets a split and others stay in the other half of the game or something like that. Can map cause server splits? Also sometimes the splits are so that the whole other team gets split and others stay.

Most common cause is impropper trigger syncronization. Check your use of GetLocalPlayer().

I got no Getlocalplayer() in any trigger

Then check all non-GUI-accesible JASS functions, desync is caused by lot of them( GetLocationZ() for example) or by "Target of current camera view", which is even accesible from GUI)
