Many changes to maps section

I am doing many changes to the maps section and that's why it sometimes is down.

Things I am implementing:
- parsing script that takes:
- players
- description
- author
- minimap (is coming)!!!! It will be so cool!
- mapname

so actually soon you dont need to write anything, just upload the map
