Mana regain ability and Rage/Energy system?

Mana regain ability?

So, i'm making a nice WoW-like map (without rips ofc), but that's not the point.

Im looking to make some instant mana regain spell. but really dunno how to do this.

Also, i wonder if it's possible to script some rage (like some abilities that would generate mana and do damage.)

Errr... What do you mean deal damage and Generate Mana at same time? You have to be more specific for me to help you...

like:
Dps?
Instant?
Life Steal ability (You steal there life and turn there life into mana?)
