Changing the eyes is relatively minor, perhaps some of his clothes could've been changed as well? However the skin is highly useful for Blood Elf maps/projects/campaigns and can be approved as such. With the icon though I think the disabled icon has not been created properly, please try and fix that. The texture itself is approved as Useful/Simple.
