Making your own User Group

Hey I was woundering how can I make my own user group so I can cordinate my Project better? Or is it just reserved for the admins and those who like to show more screenshots then game

I read this in the FAQ section -
To make a usergroup, request one from the administrators, basically

Message Darky28, Oz02 or VGSatomi and I think they'll sort it out for you

im pretty sure oz02 has been inactive for ages, and darky is barely ever on, so that leaves Veeg
