Making overhead sprites

I have no modelling knowledge or tools available other than Magos's Model Editor. I want to make a simple overhead sprite using a texture for an effect that will count buff/debuff stacks. So it will be a simple texture that will have a lot of different versions with numbers inside 1,2,3,4... etc.

Is this possible to do just with Magos editor? Is there an existing model I can take that has no animations and actually shows only a texture as a sprite?
