Making A Map thingy Need help...

Well you know how some ppl have pictures for there maps before the loading screen but I mean you know how they have that picture I need to know how to make an image go there can anyone help me out???

192x192 32-bit-depth targa file named war3MapPreview.tga imported in the import editor and changed to have no path.
