Make change of thread title possible or return SOLVED

Why can't you change the title of your thread, I mean the one that appears on the forum ofc not the one in the thread itself. Or return the SOLVED option so that people don't even click on a thread with a SOLVED tag. Im taking about war3 and sc2 Editor Help and Request forum apparently. Best is even make it a rule to mark threads.
