Major problem need help right away

i cn no longer use worl editor because whenever i go to object editor > abilities i get a fatal error saying that icon_scroll_of_haste.blp is corrupt. (or whatever it is) and the editor crashes.
HOW DO I FIX THIS IT IS STOPPING MAP DEVELOPMENT!

Does it only happen if u open a specific map ?
And if so: Is that map protected ?

i have to type this from my phone... my computer has caught multiple virusus....... please ignore this

there is a program, I can't remember what, that I believe lets you go in and clean out the blps.
Maybe it's in the Tool Section.
