- Story:

Every 10 years,a tournament between 2 mage clans is being held. An epic battle of sorcery skill that will prove whose magic teachings are better. You start as one of 4 mages from your clan,striving for victory that will bring glory to both you and your clan.

- Modes:

NORMAL:: this is team mode, we have two teams (red & blue). Your team needs to get amount on kills needed for victory.

FFA: free for all mode, you fight alone againts other opponents to get amount of kills needed for victory.


- Spells:

On start players can chose from 3 class of Mages; Fire, Poison or Frost (more coming soon). Depend of class that you chose you will have 1 unique ability. You also have 2 other basic spells on start. All spells can be upgraded or you can learn new spells, for that you need power.You need 2 power to upgrade spell, and 3 power to learn new spell. Each Mage can learn only 3 new spells.

Basic spells:

1. Fire Bolt (Fire Mage)
2. Frost Bolt (Frost Mage)
3. Poison Bolt (Poison Mage)
4. Blast (All)
5. Fly (All)

List of spells that you can learn:

1. Meteor
2. Kamikaze Sheep
3. Bouncing Missile
4. Ghost Walk
5. Hex
6. Soul Bolts
7. Swap
8. Lifesteal Orb



- Power&Gold:

Power: You get 1 power when you kill enemy hero. Power can be used for upgrading spell,learning new spells,for special items.

Gold: Gold is used only for basic items and you get gold for kills just like power.



- Archmage: (only in normal mode)

Every team have Archmage, he works like support unit.He cant move but you can pay him with power, and he will cast negative spell on all enemy players or positive spell on friendly units.


- Runes&Bonuses:

Every few seconds runes or gold bonuses will spawn on random locations on arena.


- Items:

Items are not so important in this map. Map contains 3 different shops, in some shops you can buy weak items for gold or in others stronger items for power.


- Random Events:

Every few minute random event will happen on the map. It can be positive for Mages or negative.

- Credits:

-Kobas-, NFWar, S4nji, DatnessX, Paladon, Alastor, Elenai, Happy Tauren, Krisserz, MORTAr-, Calex3, -BerZeKeR-, Maker, Will The Almighty, Aspard, Goos, Xiliger, Tjordell and Rmx.

Freeze, I wonder if I could join you as a spell creator. The Shock Bomb i did for you wasn't that good because i didn't have much time. And also, here in sweden, i've made this map pretty famous for like 50 ppls i know that plays Wc3 and also i've hosten this map on B.net like 40 times xD Hehe i love it overall!

That is very nice, and your spell is good, only problem is this lazy ass Garfield, i wait him 1 month,he must change some things in triggers. You can join us, i need someone who is not so lazy like this lazy cat ass :D I need bolt spell.Bolt that deal damage to enemy and heal caster (life steal bolt). Example, if bolt hit enemy, deal 100 damage to enemy and heal caster for 50 hitpoints.Can you make that?
 
Just convert JPG to BLP file and import to map ofc if you want!
Also some images are cut from others so they looks a little bad, if you want better loading screen and map preview be free to send links or pictures and I will forge nice picture for ya!

Okay Freeze now i'm back =) I'll create that spell for you right away =) It will be with nice SFX and point targeting and also MUI as always =)

It will be done in 1 - 3 hrs. If i use any SFX models i'll paste the creators names and you give the credits =)

Feel free to give me any other spell/system request =)

I think this problem is bug or not?

For frost bolt . sometimes it was approach to enemy , but the enemy didn't freeze or taken damage.

But for fire bolt and poison. It seem like they did it.

And sometimes when i point a bolt here , but it pass my target there.

But sometime it follow my point. Is this a kind of problem?

like

X is your hero O is your target.

X -----> O sometimes that follow my point target.

x ------ O -------> sometimes it didn't . . .

and do you have other choice . with jump . . jump use so hard . spint is more easy.

There could be a dueling mode - two players are picked to duel once in a while, maybe a "catch the flag" mode. These are the most basi most basic modes i know :)
Maybe all random mode. Maybe even a mode with special event that happen once in a while. These are only a few suggestions.

I dislike the duel idea because this is an arena that is epic nice just as it is but there may be some stuffs that got to be updated/implemented. Like a damage system with floating text. And the spells should not do exact damage. It should count in the armor and the mages would be able to buy tomes. The damage of the spells should be dealth according to the Int/Agi/Str. It makes the map more... Hmm what to say... Random. What i mean with random is that no one knows how much damage each spell does. Then it wont be that easy to calculate when to flee and regain hp and to stay in battle. That idea that i just wrote would be really really really good. Try it just like an Beta.

I understand, a spark that makes the map unique and makes the map replayable.

Maybe random events? Here are a few suggestions of random events:

Evil mage comes to harvest souls. The evil mage roams around the map fighting everyone until he gets x kills, then he dissapears. If he is killed he drops an improved bottle of souls.

Armagedon. A mage casts a wrong spell and summons armagedon. Meteors start falling all over the arena. Other mages are tring to cancel his spell. So the armagedon stops after x seconds, or after a players stops it(maybe after collecting x number of something, or somehow).

map alredy have random events, every 350 sec of the game, now i set that they are more often..but they are simple: mages get speed,mages lose speed (havy wind), mages lose half hit points..etc we need ideas for better random events...and more interesting.

Kobas: i now to use BB codes but i was lazy, you are right i must make better desription like you in your maps xD

I tested my Shock Bomb and i see that you've canged some stuffs. I want you to change the timer from 3 to 2. It's easier to kill then =)

And also i want you to have more kill stuff. Like type "-Unlimited" to play how long you want to.

Well that i didn't knew about... And why did my bugged? :S Anyways i'm in the team AND the credits. That was what Freeze said and i think that he gave me credits cuz to be kind because i lay down a much of time for this. But now away i use hashtables because it is more fun =D Not to much clicking because of all the integer for indexing.

Indeed you have contributed the map,thus you are in credits,still...i don't want to be rude,but i doubt you're in team as we don't need you much. We're already 3 in team,and i'm currently triggerer.
About your shocking bomb,he mentioned something about it's timer...i'll ask him as soon as i contact him.
 
Will someone fix description, I want to review this one, please I don't want to reduce mark because of description!

Also I can create some, I guess good, images for your description...
I will attach them to post tomorrow, all you need to do is to upload them again to your album to keep them and link them from there to your description :D

Garfield my net is offline,some problems.. i will not have net until first day in next mounth...i am now on brothers pc..Kobas i will update desripion when my net start to work..,tnxfor your help.And Garfield i didnt say that Tjordell's spell is buged, it works..but when you trow bomb looks little strange and spell only have 1 level....but it is ok.Tjordell you help us,pls stay in team i will have jobs for you in future about map if you want to work....
