Hawkwing: The majority of the skin is recolour and copy and paste, which, by submitting this skin, you allegedly agreed that it did not contain. The only thing that could possibly be freehand to any degree would be the face, which lacks any real shading whatsoever.

I think you need to seriously rework it if you want it aproved.
i like the concept though.
