Overall:

You start by choosing a hero, which you need to level up by killing creeps and completing quests.
There are 3 different camps, you can respawn and rest there.

As you progress, you will be able to enchant your items/weapons (Make them better).
To enchant a item/weapon you will need an Orb of enchanting.
You can turn 10 Thorium Orb (which can be bought) to one Orb of enchanting.
Each item/weapon can only be enchanted once, this enchanting process is important later in the game as you will need the improved items.

Heroes:

You can choose between 8 different heroes (Knight, Druid, Necromancer, Assassin, Cleric, Summoner, Berserker and Lightning Mage).
Each hero has 4 abilities, which can be upgraded by levelling.

Items:

There are a couple of items and weapons to buy.
You can only wear one weapon and one armor.
Some items may only be used by a certain class, watch out you don't buy the wrong equipment!

Save/Load-system:

You can save your character anytime in the game as long as you play in multiplayer with someone else.
When you have saved your character (by typing -save), you will get a code wich you will write down on a piece of paper, or take a screenshot of it.
The next time you play the map, you can type "-load [Code you have written down/screenied]" to load the hero.

About the game:

The fact that you didn't protect it is brilliant.

It isn't really oiginal, it's a standard ORPG, but it has some nice features.
The first thing that everyone notices is the great GUI, I must say that it's really beautiful.
Then we have the good description at the start (when choosing the classes).

After that, it's only going down-hill: the lack of items, the lack of quests, there are only a few different monsters (the scorpions, for example, take about 1/4th of the map and only have 2 different types).

Then the abilities: they were often standard, rather boring abilities.
There are only 4 abilities/hero, sometimes you can't choose an ability when levelling up (because of the req. level), you can create more (triggered) abilities to the heroes.

The terrain is low-avarage, though the blizzard cliffs ruin it a bit and there are some overdone doodads, the tileset varietion isn't very good, but it's all right.
A few ways to improve it: add a fog, make the tileset a bit more varied, try removing the blizzard cliffs/overdone doodads.

ill try it out and tell you what i think. oh and ditto on krisserz comment. maybe add what heros you can pick from. Some of the features that sets this apart from other games. you know stuff like that

Pretty good for a ORPG. First one in a while that didnt in some big way coppy TBR. I was glad to nsee your originality.

I was kinda disapointed not to see custom her models. That a neutral becouse it helped on map size. But it would be a huge plus if you did.

You used blizzard cliffs and blizzard trees. I suppose you did what you did to keep map size to a minimal with the blizzard trees. But the cliffs are a negative. Make hills with pathing blockers instead for mountains(way better than stacking cliffs) it also atracts the eye.

Overal good map and i hope to see progress in the future.

P.s Need a waaaay better description on hive. Most mods and reviewers wont even review it if they see something like that.

P.s.s With work i hope to see this to be a great 4+/5 map.

I can fix the description but I cant give credit to all the imported stuff it would be a list over 50 people and I dont remember the icons I added. Then I need to go and search for each Icon.

Btw do you on Hiveworkshop.com test all the maps?
That have to take ages :S

It seems you've got some problems with English -.-
(you use "is" when it should be "are", or you write "abilitys", ...).
So I've made a new description for you, based on this one.

Ugh, for everyone who doesn't get it:

The maps that were uploaded 24 hours ago do not have the map information added in the hive's description because of an acces error.

It does have a title, yes.

  • Map Size: hell do I know... 160x160?
  • Suggested Players: For now, no single player... which will be added soon, though >.>
  • Tileset: Blagh, let's say Barrens... it really doesn't matter though -.-

Heroes, Spells and Items
Knight:
- Hammer of Dawn doesn't seam to work.
- All his descriptions are weird (spells and "Buy Description"),
you should ask for help here, because it seams
like you have problems with your English.

Druid:
- Spells aren’t placed by level (standard 1, 1, 1, 6; yours 8, 4, 30, 1)
- Descriptions, same as Knight.

Necromancer:
- If you press "Auto-Cast" on “Raise Dead”, the icon
will change to the normal "Raise Skeleton” icon.
- Descriptions, same as Knight.

Assassin:
- In the Learn Ability section, the Stealth ability reads:
"The Bounty hunter blends in to his surroundings,"
- In general, this hero is very boring to play, because you don't have
any attack spells to use (Stealth isn't that helpful).
- Descriptions, same as Knight.

Cleric:
- Spells aren’t placed by level (standard 1, 1, 1, 6; yours 8, 4, 1, 30)
- Descriptions, same as Knight.

Summoner:
- Spells aren’t placed by level (standard 1, 1, 1, 6; yours 30, 4, 8, 1)
- "Horde of Notions", I barely understand the description

Berserker:
- Descriptions, same as Knight.

Lightning Mage:

General
Descriptions:
They are all very confusing and lack of "proper English" and you should
get help with this and make them more "fetching" and explainable.

Spells:
Almost all of them are based on Blizzard Spells and it makes the game
very "boring", because spells are one of the main things of an RPG.

And there is a lack of spells.
Four spells for each hero, and a huge gap between the third and fourth.
No spells explains what the next level will do, or all it says sometimes
is something like this:
"Damage increases with level."
Look at Blizzards spell descriptions and fix this.
Idea/Alternative I:
Add at least two more "Leveling Spells" and a idea is to add one more
Spell when the player reaches the last level.
Idea/Alternative II:
Make a spell-book with 8-12 spells.

Heroes:
There aren't many heroes to choose and five of them are
Intelligence Based heroes, one of them is Agility based and
two of them are Strength Based.
Idea:
Make 12 heroes, split them in to three groups and make three sections
with four Strength Heroes, four Agility Heroes and four Intelligence Heroes.
In this way, you will fill the "Choose your Hero" tavern.

Items:
There's a huge lack of items.
There seams to be no "special" items, which really ruins the game-play.

Hotkeys:
In the "Learn Skill" section, spells doesn't show any hotkeys.
Highlight all hotkeys with the standard color (or change if you feel like it).
In "Choose your Hero", there are no highlighted hotkeys.
No items have hotkeys.

In general, fix all hotkeys.
I'm not going to comment terrain, quests etc.
But there are a few things I will comment:
- When you reach Level 30, you're allowed to enter the Eastern Part of
the world and the first creeps are level 19-20? That make no sense.
- Furion, Kel'thuzad, Kil'jaden and Illidan, what are they doing there?

Thanks for the critique. Iam remaking the map right now. The whole map will be changed mostly Terrain and Quests but also new Items (including spesical items or rare drops), Heroes (I will fill the whole tavern with new heroes) and i will remove some Spells and add new custom ones.
