I think the skin should just be submitted as a skin. From the looks of the screenshot, it just uses the model of the LSummerTree but reskinned.

The texture is extracted from beta itself. This is nowhere to be seen in-game. But I think you are referring to night elf building texture. You should download and see the texture for this.

If I understand correctly, you mean just replace the textures on the default wc3 trees?
Actually that is not possible, the texture wrap pattern is different in this one.

Took a look into the viewer! UgoUgo is right the wrap is quite different than the trees seen ingame in this version!
