Looking for Model Making tools

I just need the basics for makeing custom models and animations. Anything will do as long as it's mildly simple and easy to use. If you could please put the link where i can get it at the end of your post.

Vertex Modifier being most important. You might want to get Geoset Merger and Animation Transferer as well.
