Looking for good team game only clan.

Hey peeps wassup. I've been getting quite irritated with the state of Bnet's melee game system and want somewhat of a change. I find it annoying when I wait for a game for upwards of half and hour just to have A) a tker B) a leaver or C) just a moron who doesn't want to play as a team or various other things. So I want to find a clan who does just team melee games and that is strict about tking and such things. But for just games none of these other random activities and governmental system crap that make clans so annoying. Any suggestions?

PS: I'm level 15 so prefereably something in that range
