[SD/Misc] Looking for a Model on the site - Illidari Demon Hunter riding a Fel Hound?

I can r for the life of me find this model that I'm 99% sure I've seen on this site, even using the Search Option...

The closest thing I've found is the Illidari Fel Reaper by PROXY, but I'm pretty sure it was a unit, not a Hero...

Please can anyone help me?
