Locust problem -.-

Hey guys,
i got some little problem concerning the 'locust'-ability.
The thing i want to have is: a unit with no model (o rly), unselectable BUT who can't just hover/fly over units.
Now if i add the locust, the unit just walks through my units and does not search for a path.
And if i remove the locust, the unit can be selected and i don't want that :(
What shall i do now? ^^

If the unit is not in the team of players, set it as neutral hostile or passive whatever and give it permanent invisibility ability

why are you trying to use locust? I gave a footman no model and found that I counldn't select it and that it still followed normal pathing rules. (I trapped it in a ring of scout tower and it couldn't get out).
