Localization folder names

Here is a list with the localization for each country.

arAE - United Arabic Emirates, not sure if it's used.
bgBG - Propably Bulgaria. Tell me if i am right. Not sure if used.
caES - Catalan Spain, not sure if it's used.
csCZ - Czech, not sure if it's used
daDK - Denmark, not sure if it's used.
deDE - Deutschland (Germany), not sure if it's used.
elGR - Greece, el comes from "Ελληνικα" which is spelt "Ellinika" with latin letters. Not used.
enGB - Great Britain and most used locale for Sc2.
enUS - North America locale.
esES - Spain? Not sure if it's used
esMX - Mexico, not sure if it's used
etEE - Estonia, not sure if it's used.
fiFI - Propably Finland, not sure if it's used.
frCA - Canada (French), not sure if it's used.
frFR - France, not sure if it's used.
heIL - Israel (Hebrew), not sure if it's used.
hrHR - Croatia, not sure if it's used.
huHU - Propably Hungary, not sure if it's used.
itIT - Italy, propably not used.
jaJP - Japan, propably not used.
ltLT - Lithuania, not sure if it's used.
lvLV - Latvia, not sure if it's used.
nbNO - Norway, not sure if it's used.
nlNL - Netherlands, not sure if it's used.
plPL - Poland, not sure if it's used.
ptBR - Brazil, Not used.
roRO - Romania, not sure if it's used.

Keep in mind that a lot of these are not used at all. If you know how to locale hack maps, then this is really useful to you!

ptBR is Brazilian portuguese and it's not used (for now at least, it seems Blizzard's opening an office in Brazil).

Cardinian: In the map file, every localization has it's own file with game texts. So far, editor saves only with it's own localization, so the game is unplayable for anyone with different localization. Only solution is to manually copy and rename these files, according to this list.

Also csCZ propably won't be used, they recently changed localization to "with translated manual" (seems like I didn't have to order it from England then)
