Loadingscreen help

I have folowed many tutorials for loading screen and yet my image dosnt work i've tryed everything is tehre any1 who could help me out.? give me some pointers of a tutorial here that may actually help this problem.

for Image editing i use Gimp. may that be the problem? it should work i have the LoadingScreen.mdx file ingame black blank loading screen but even with my Blp file it dosnt seem to pick it up so it ends up not working ive tryed this many times theres something i must be doing wrong?
