Loading Air Unit in transport

Not without a bit of hassle, no. As explained by @LordDz in this thread:

You could have units "land" like the gargolye does before loading them into the transport.
Just make sure u set their transport size.
If you want them to be loadable they will have to morph first. You could somewhat automate this by detecting units ordered to 'smart' the transport and have them automatically change, but that might not be intuitive to the player and could leave them as ground units at unexpected times.
