Limits of FDF modding

Hi guys, I recently stumbled upon a mod for wc3 that alters the FDF files contained in the directory UI/FrameDef/UI

Basically, the person's mod was a UI change, where he/she moved the xp bar and some icon re-sizing and things like that.

My question: Is it possible to make something like a floating manabar thats underneath the floating hp bar over a unit?

The mana bar really helps with a lot of games and I just want to figure out if someone knows something about this.
