Please can someone tell me why i cant gain xp from npc after raching lv 25.....please and thatnks

In order to get exp after 25 you first need to complete class change.

To expand on what Manipulation said once you hit level 25 each class has to choose an advanced class in Mytargas and complete a personal class quest. You will not be able to get experience until you've advanced your class. For example A Squire can choose to become either a Berserk (2 handed dps) or a Crusader (Tank)
