I think this model has a chance to get DC.
But I noticed that no model has been set as DC in the past two years. How should I apply for DC review?
In fact, a few were given a DC after a re-moderation, like Taurer's Gul'Dan and Gluma's Ratling Gunner.
I like the overall look of the model, how concise it is, that it's not overloaded with details concerning mesh. I also like how the mesh is placed (when it starts on the skin and comes out as a piece of mesh), and the effects are also quite eye-candy and not too HD.
I don’t know the exact criteria for rating DS, but one of the weakest aspects of this model, if, say, we submit it for evaluation, I would call animation: 'Walk Fast', 'Spell Two', 'Spell Slam' and some other animations that are based on Eredar Warlock, in addition to the fact that they are already linearized, they still visually get in conflict with the custom animations that lack such smoothness and naturalness of movements (say, when you lock pelvis compeletely unmoved while the upper body is wiggling; some facial expressions, ect.).
Some things like the huge tail of bones that controls very "meshy" lightning whip could be optimized, and if you want it to be that "chainy" and flexible then you could give it a chance in more animations, IMO.
The skin to me seems somewhat "pushed on details", I mean that the contours and lines are sharper and thicker than standard game visuals. But this will not matter because it's of good quality.
But really, this is one of your most striking models, I would say, with a lot of invested effort and skills
And, as far as I understand from the ratings from the moderators and according to my assumptions, High Quality should be ensured to you
