[Campaign] Legacy of Prometheus

hello i tried this campaign and i ran into a issue at act 1 chp 2 after i complete the first main quest the mission immideatly end even though isee the main quest got updated the game will immideatly go to the ending cutscene it seem when i killed the first main quest enemy hero it also kill the 2nd main quest enemy hero

Well, I checked. The 2nd one is the same team as the 1st one. I'd recommend you play all campaigns and find as many issues as you can so I can fix them in one stroke, as I'm focusing on Act 3.

i don't really need it urgently so just update it when you have the time.

The prologue has been updated which doesn't show only black images anymore.
Our development has been quite biased with Republic side, maybe because space battles are more interesting to think of?
Anyways, here are some screenshots regarding Republic Chapter 4 and 6.
The former also has entering the forge section as stage 2, while the latter has more factions and larger battles but doesn't have the interior part which will be in Chapter 7.
As for whatever available, Frigate class will be available in Chapter 4 (you also get some of Cruiser class if you have completed the sidequest of previous chapter and a new flagship for this chapter). Cruiser class will be available in Chapter 6 (a Battleship class for C3, Flagship in C4 and you also get to have another flagship and battleship join you if this chapters' sidequest completed)

But first, here's a video showcasing all possible decisions you can make in this act (can be accessed in Bonus Map!).
Each path has a series of sidequests you need to complete to influence whatever happens in Chapter 7.
For example: In Amelia path, three sidequests in Chapter 1, 3 and 5 will affect the performance in Chapter 7, then the subsequent outcome will affect all future chapters, big or small.
For Final Chapter A, you also get the option to choose whoever to control as - the previous choices (both Amelia and Republic) will either decide how one will survive, or die in the end. Which means unlike Act II, there won't be a true ending - it's all up to you.
For Final Chapter B, the enemies you face in first stage also depends a lot on Chapter 7 assessment as well. And in 2nd stage, it'll also affect the outcome of Void Queen at the end (successful return to home, permanent stay or dead).

hey! a new model of Xal'atath is released,Imo u can test it?
Indeed, I've already downloaded it along with a few of other models. However it has too few animations so I only replace it for one of the characters (playable form).
The old one will be reserved for Final Chapter A, Final Chapter B will use the new model (changed tint color means it's still Xal'atath we played with, but got "convinced" to merge).

Honestly it's been a long time since I posted any news (apart from some pics of course).
Rest assured, I'm still working on it, though as I mentioned before, the progress is quite fragmented for many reasons. But I do get to work on units and buildings for all factions besides some gameplay constant changes, as Act III is where macro missions take more part than usual.
Anyways, here's one (nearly complete) techtree (including some bosses) of the enemy. After all, the buildings are already set.

Recently I made some updates on ships.
One of them is that Nebuton-class ships (now only obtainable after finishing sidequest in Republic 6) have been reworked to use beam-based weapons, meaning more dmg but very expensive to maintain (and still retain stealthy status). Also, Strike Cruisers as well as all battleships got weaker version of Boarding/Soul Burn ability (the fast-type battleship keep the better one).
I'm also slowly reworking hero abilities as well as updating items. The 6th item for each hero is now obtained after you finish Secret Chapter 1 and 2 respectively.
And the most important thing - here's a short video for final Interlude (WIP). I'm aiming for a simple one for now, better use of animation will be reserved for full version.
The next version on April 14th will include all 4 playable interludes for Act III.
 
During that one month there have been some improvements (updated item tables for space sections, units for Void faction, initial versions for some major maps, etc.). Also I got back to listening Galaxy on Fire soundtracks so some of them are added.
Version 0.31 will be released some time this month that will allow some chapters to be playable (not necessarily the full storyline). As for the major versions, I plan to finish this year to be compatible with the previous two acts:
  • Version 0.4: Main storyline finished
  • Version 0.5: Epilogue as well as full effect of choices and sidequests taken into account
Once Act III is finished I'll take a short break before planning for a rework (at longer intervals).
And here's the bonus section for some characters development (only 8 groups of dialogues for the time being)

adding my feedback here, as i couldnt find the recent page. over all : loved the creative directions you took. fighting in space and what not! bosses were challenging.
bugs that need fixing: near end of the game in the chapter "for prometheus!" and a chapter that followed, i answered the riddles correctly. i didnt get hidden cutscenhes or hidden chapters. instead however, the screen didnt respond further. it was stuck in a loop. i had to decline the riddles to proceed towards the next chapters. the last 2 chapters and epilogue wouldnt run sadly. i had a wierd error .

regards, and i look foward to what comes next!
 
Update news are all in Project.
It seems the bug back in Act II returns again, relating to the array size of the variable.
I suppose I'm gonna add the fix before v0.4 (of course it won't be announced in the news) - also comes up with some more nonsense in extra map.
Chapter 7+ will be in focus next. Though if the last chapters (not counting Final Chapter A) don't load it could be due to the patch.
Anyways, I'd recommend checking as many bugs as possible, otherwise I cannot always test all maps.
Edit: A little change I'm gonna make in Final Chapter A. Honestly there's a choice at the start of this chapter, however the current one is less impactful as it doesn't make sense having everyone participate in the first boss fight.
So I'd change it to only your chosen pair of heroes appearing in Nyx boss fight, then the other appears as an ally in the final fight.

As I said before in the comments for v0.31 release, the next update v0.32 will mostly deal with space battles (except Final Chapter A, which is being updated frequently and will be playable this month and have the story fully fleshed in later versions)
Here's a little playthrough for Chapter 9 (every sidequest finished and Chapter 7 with good outcomes)! Also Final Chapter B will be even harder, especially if you have finished all sidequests.
