[JASS] Learn abilitys by trigger/JASS

I need a trigger or JASS-code which gives a hero an ability on a specified level. I made some trigger, which worke, but if i would try to add a new ability it would take houres.. thats because i made each ability 1 time for each level that ability has. that makes 5 abilitys per ability :?
can anybody help me?
i use WEU. there was an action "set hero start skill level" but it was removed, and replaced by a useless function :roll:.
cant there be an action called "add ability with level to unit"???
