"language" help

Hello, Hive Workshop!

My first post here, I really hope I post in the right section.

Me and some friends have found a really cool map which we have been playing for some time now. Our problem is that we cant understand anything in it. We think it might be a Russian map but all the text is "o epoo aaao oop e a 10% aaao oe" or the like. since we have played it for a while we somewhat understand most abilities and items but most still remain a mystery.

I guess what I'm asking is: Is there any way to Translate or "decode" this in any way? Has anyone else had the same or similar problem?

Well, if you open the map in Word Editor, you can change the language, but if it's protected, you won't be abble to change it, and you can't upload the translated version without the author's permission.
