Land mine explosion

I made a custom Land Mine, and made the 2 custom spells I need for it (the AOE damage and Mine- Exploiding)

How can I change the image of the mine explosion from the small one to the one I downloaded and imported? (yes, the imported model works)

Set the event that the land mine dies and create a special effect perhaps?

There isn't quicker and easier way?

What isn't easy about that?

Event - A unit dies
Condition - Unit type = land mine
Action - Create special effect at position of land mine
Destroy special effect

It worked.

Ok, I have 4 of these land mines, and they all have different damage. So do I put the special effects of them right under eachother or do they have to be in a sepearte trigger?

Or - Multiple functions
Unit type of (Dying Unit) = Land Mine 1
Unit type of (Dying Unit) = Land Mine 2
Unit type of (Dying Unit) = Land Mine 3
Unit type of (Dying Unit) = Land Mine 4

They all have to be under the "Or" because one unit can't be 4 different types of unit at once.

How do I do that for actions? Each land mine has its own special effect

Well in that case it'd be easier to just make separate triggers for each.

Lol, right. Well, thanks for the help. Oh, forgot to ask, could you tell me how to make the Land Mine unit I made into an item? Kinda forgot....

*edit* Nevermind, I just had to make a custom ability and change the unit
