Knockback Spell

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to a tutorial on how to make a knockback spell? (with knockback spell I mean one that causes the target to be pushed backwards)

Because I was looking for a tutorial on how to make a knockback myself, not a downloadable spell. But thanks anyway, suppose I could use that.
