It's been long since I created a skin but I was happy with the results and decided to share this.
REFERENCE:
It's a skin based on the main character from the Fist of the North Star series from the 80s, Kenshiro. This is how he looks whenever he gets angry and destroys his own jacket before beating enemies into a pulp.
EDIT: The character's scars have been placed on his back It's not the way it's supposed to be, but them placed at front didn't look correct and got some people thinking those were misplaced nipples instead.
I've had some fun with this skin already:

This file is meant to be used on the 255-Animations Villager (don't try to use it on the regular villager as the torso is differently shaped. LINK:

I tried adding a custom colored version of Sunchips' Peasant mail which uses the Militia Skin. Sadly, the model is based around the regular villager which is hulkier than the 255 animated one. Hence I made another version of Kenshiro's skin with his jacket on.

wohoooo, bad-ass video right there. love the skin aswell
yeah, i'd like to see some change on the faces too. though, it's still looks awesome.

EDIT : i think that the thing that you place on the chest is'nt look like starts (scars) crest that you mention. it more looks like a misplaced nipples just like what roland said.

The skin doesn't look natural, mostly visible on ribs and shoulder. Shading makes it look like it's been chewed on and undeadish rather than regularly shaded human muscles. But. Badass video indeed.
