Keeping a Haunted Gold Mine Alive

Hi all.

I'm struggling with a situation. I have a Haunted Gold Mine that I want to keep alive when it runs out of gold, however I don't know what to do to detect that happening in a trigger, to either keep it alive or replace it with a copy of the unit (just without gold this time).

Anyone have any ideas?

try this:

create a dummy building that looks like a haunted goldmine, but is just a building with no significant abilities (maybe keep blight).

when the gold mine dies:

  • save it's location in a variable.
  • remove it from the game.
-create a dummy building on the saved location.
