My first work in modeling, it was half made from scratch.
It has stand and death animation. Death animation is without the swords.
Variation 1: A katana unleashed and scabbard.
Variation 2: Traditional display: A tanto on top, wakizashi in middle and katana at bottom.

Looks good overall, but the wooden texture is very badly wrapped. Every face should make sense texture-wise. Avoid having it stretched like that, and preferrably place the texture contours exactly at the mesh contours. Changing which wooden texture you're using might be good too, this one is too saturated, you could find something more subtle.
