Just made a model, i am a newb at models

i made a model for Batman, i stopped editing it because i didn't think to do anything with it, i have some pictures
( i used the villager model to make batman, and a hunter missile for batarang)
i just wanted some feedback

Maybe a little texture change on the chest and is it me, or does the head look rather.. small in width?

The model itself looks fine ... just redo the awefull texture.
from the screenshot I can tell that the cape is not animated.
