Javelin/Spear on units back!

I need something like archers quiver on unit's back, but with javelins inside it instead of arrows. Like troll head hunter has one on his back. Or assassin and brigand, all those units that are throwing javelins... Also just a single spear or staff that is attachable to units back (not to his hand) would be good.
I can't find such thing anywhere

You probably don't need to do it from scratch, it should be possible just to remove it from headhunters back and make it attachable
