Items not showing up for Upgraded Buildings

As already said in the title, for some reason I cannot get certain items to be sold in upgraded buildings.

For Ex.
Building A has items 1 and 2 and upgrades to Building B, for some reason when it does so, Building B can only sell Items 1 and 2 and not 3 and 4 like it was supposed to.
Any way to solve this? Or am I missing some obvious check box somewhere?

If anyone in the future is wondering, my current solve is to replace the unit when it upgrades (with the same unit). It resets it and shows the additional items.
