[Trigger] Item Stack Trigger

I've been looking at the examples on the forums for ages and tried to remake the triggers but mine fail and simply don't work properly.
You should be able to add a item to the inventory but when two of the same items are in the inventory their charges will combine into 1 single item.
If you can would you please make me a map that contains the triggers?

I don't think it can be done, I will look into it.Someone else might know.

Here's a very very very simple one. Note: effects from permanent items ( Claws of attack etc. ) do not stack. They only increase in charges.
