item/spell !!it wont cast/use!!

ok as the title implies i have an item with an ability and 1 charge though when i click it nothing happens.(like if it was claws of attacks example) on abilities mod i made it an hero(not cheked) and item(cheked) the spell is charm by the way. any help?

Did you checked (is this right?) the "Actively Used" part, in the item's properties? It's that what makes the item able to cast an ability. From my knowledge, thats it.

yes the actibve is cheked though it still wont do shit

So... I don't know! Try to use the "Item Command" ability, the Scepter of Mastery's ability.
