how can i make the item to have cooldown or the artifact i mean (ex. Arcane Ring - DotA)
i made it he's cooldowing but doesen't shows so u did not know when ur item can be casted
understand...?

make item abbility with cooldown than give that abbility to that item, it should work

try setting the Cooldown Group to the same as the ability

i have not experienced this myself, but just try

The ability of the item needs to be first in the list of the item abilities and it works. Just try it...
