Item Damage Tree

I want to make a item that make the owner of the item deal more damage to trees (Like a Claws of Attack but only affect on trees). I tried to do it myself, but still doesn't work!

Did you mean some items spell like tango in Dota, or Quelling blade that can chop down a tree?
