Item Cooldown Displays

Okay, I have a few items on my map that, when i use their active abilities, the cooldown will not display, You cannot use the item again while it is cooling down, but the cooldown doesn't display.

Anybody know what causes this?

if you have add many abilities on an item, move up the active ability to 1st ability, here's the example
