Italian speaker in need

Granted, I didn't think Freddy Mercury was Italian.
 
I dunno what do you want to mean with that but never mind...

I think it's a joke about how Italians make a lot of hand movements while speaking.

I actually learned this long ago in middle school from my Spanish teacher, who mentioned that many cultures which speak Romantic languages (Italian, Spanish, etc) see using hand movements to speak as a sign of a person's ability to express themselves, while many cultures which speak Germanic languages (German, English, etc) see it as the opposite; a sign of a person's inability to express themselves. Most eastern cultures are pretty much neutral on the matter.

Personally, I think a person's ability to express themselves should be measured by how accurately people receive their message, not by any arbitrary means; a person can enhance their communication in many different ways, but that's not going to stop me from appreciating Italian jokes.
