issue point order

If I IssuePointOrder attack my unit goes around the target in the direction of the point somewhat.
Same for patrol and attack.

Enemy does not magnetize my unit well enough it magnetizes it eventually but static enemy attacks first.

When I control unit manually and command "A" behind enemy it is different though...
Any ideas?

Can you paste your triggers? I never had issues with this order

Are the units you are ordering to attack a point owned by neutral hostile? Neutral players, especially neutral hostile, have hard coded movement behaviour logic that causes them to behave oddly when explicitly ordered to move.

My attacking unit had a 200 acquisition range. Even though it attacked just 40 points behind the defender I think there is some cron inside wc3 binary that fires every 0.25 sec or so for acquisition range
