if you are a guest on this site you can never be banned
but you cant post or ask questions or reply or requaest balbalbla
but when u register u have a risk of gettign banned but you can post and reply blablalbalbla theirs problems with that dont you guys agree why cant u guys make it so if u aint registered u cant download to make it fair =P

Actually guests can be banned very easily. It's called an IP Ban.

What do you mean? If it's a guest than its set as a guest, we don't have to worry about who it is. Guests get automatically permanent bans if they violate rules.
