Technically, yes.
Though recently (and by that I mean the last couple of months) there has been little to no progress. I still plan to complete the night elf campaign, and hopefully the others, but first I gotta sort out some IRL stuff.
I also have to find my Wc3 CD so I can redeem it on BNet which I dont think I've done yet. Worst case scenario, I'll be getting a new PC next month, and if I havent found it I'll probably buy a digital copy too. Things at work will probably have calmed down, too.
I havent been following anything Wc3 related recently but I dont think patches really broke anything (or if they did then it was fixed later on). Will still be reworking the already released NE chapters before the last one, though.

Last couple of months doesnt seem a not-under-development
My maps still under development and I still havent updated her in a year or so lol
If this was updated 4-6 months ago then its actually quite alive and progressing imo

If you finish the NE campaign you're my hero, all the campaigns are amazing. Me and an old buddy of mine are going through them.
