Google cheat engine, download it, launch it and wc3, right side of program check enable speed hack, set multiplier. Yay you did it.

I heard that when you install CE, you must choose to not install the other app, which is really adware since it's mostly unknown antivirus program.

Not actually, but during the installation process, you'll come across the option to install unwanted programs, which was adware. Don't attempt to install them.
