[Solved] Is there a way to disable researching of certain Upgrades for certain Players?

Just like (Player - Limit training of x to 0 for Player x), but for Upgrades? (and Buildings if possible).

Does such a trigger option exist?
Edit: or to anyhow hide/prevent the Upgrade from being researched (for specific Player)

• Player - Set the max research level of Black Gunpowder to 0 for Player 1 (Red)
