[Import] Is there a tool for me to make a customized loading screen similar to the ones in vanilla campaigns?

Not sure if this is in the right sub but, uh, the question stands. I'm working on a campaign which essentially follows Warcraft 3's worldbuilding, and I have everything under control so far - except for the loading screens. I wanted to make ones that will be similar to what the standard campaigns use. I know that commissioning people is a real thing but I'm broke as heck, and I'm far too ignorant to even start experimenting with photoshop. Any ideas?

do you mean technically how to you add in a custom load screen?

or do you mean how would you artistically create the load screen? blizz uses water color artists to draw theirs.

maybe you could experiment with the new "ai" image generators.

Achieving the same look in photoshop/GIMP/any photo editing software would be easy enough. Med.Mapguy did a really good custom version for his Battle for Azeroth campaign but all your doing is getting the map section on the left hand side and drawing a paper texture round it, then copy pasting the red dots and Xs on top.
