is there a import manager on roc world editor

Well I'll assume you don't have TFT. I strongly recommend you get it since it would make the job much easier. Its only like $15-20 now.

FIrst you would need to know the file paths for whatever you are uploading. War3viewer (in the tools section) is excellent for finding file paths. Open the map with WinMPQ as an mpq archive and it will bring up a window where you can upload thing. With RoC you can only import if you overwrite an existing file. SO you would have to rename your model to that of an existing model (whereas with the TFT editor you can just select the model file in the object editor and not have to overwrite anything), then upload it into the map, then put in the proper file path.
