Is it possible to create chart?

IS there any idea to create line chart ingame? Just like age of empires 3 score screen, or stock market>

You can add an empty region outside the playable map and a fixed 90º camera + a dummy unit, letting the player control the data shown using the ground as a board and lightnings to draw the lines. Maybe a crazy approach and may need some work to make it look sightly.
