Hera_'s right, I haven't found (yet, I dunno minecraft, but I think it is like WE) any game editor with an equal functionality as of warcraft III's World Editor, that might be one of the reasons why people still mod the game.

Well, on Bnet it ranges from 8-20 thousand most of the time. But it's really hard to find games without makemehost.com (or Garena, that place gives me the chills)

The Hive is definetely the #1 most active WC modding site, but there are still a bunch more standing.
